Working with classic pedigree view
Giving users options, the "Classic View" offers a compact text only version of the pedigree chart. In place of the standard pet photos, user-defined pet information is displayed instead.
How to bring up the classic view:
- Click on the "Personal" button on the bottom toolbar.
- Click on the "Pedigree" tab.
- Check "Classic View".
Following the standard pedigree view color code, the males are color-coded blue, always appearing above the females of the same generation. Females, on the other hand are color-coded pink.
All functions provided with the standard pedigree view, like printing, reverse pedigree etc, works with "Classic View". Refer to Working with pedigree information for more information.
How to display pedigree pet detail information:
- Click on the "Personal" button on the bottom toolbar.
- Click on the "Pedigree" tab.
- Check "Classic View".
- Single-click on a pet in the "Classic View" to load the color coded detail box.
Data to display for the pedigree pet detail information has to be pre-chosen via the "Preferences" menu. Refer to Working with personal preferences.
